i got directed onto the site, and when i realized that a brokers fee would be charged i rang them to stop the payment being taken. i didnt manage to get to speak to any manager and lo and behold one day later the payment was collected - as it has come out of the bank i am having to dispute the transaction to try and get any money back. its a disgrace!! rude people and no customer service whatsoever - do not have any dealings with them ever.
