On 9/16 I was purchasing acne medication online when this "bonus" 2 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia (for a shipping charge $2.95) was offered. I didn't realize it was separate from my secure acne purchase until I was charged $159 on 9/20. Customer service (phone # from my bank statement) would not refund or allow me to talk to a supervisor. Evidently, I had three days to cancel this "free trial". I have not even received the product! I did ask that no further charges be incurred. This is a fraud through surebuynetwork.com, not related to Garcinia Cambogia. Their customer service has no knowledge of this transaction. I have emailed the original company and reported this as fraud with my bank. We will see if I receive any product and/or any money back.

- My bank - Chase - reversed the charge after I told them the company refused to give me an RMA to return the product under their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I love my bank!
