Requested free trial bottle of Garcinia - received and was unable to take it - received an email that they were charging me $96. and some cents - I just paid it off writing it off to stupidity. Then received an email message the end of October that they had shipped me another bottle and billed my CC $104 and some cents. I immediately responded with emails telling them to STOP - also went on the web site - no 1-800 number. Went to the contact page and put in information - no way to even track my request. Tried calling the # on the email - it was an Oregon area code -- did talk to somebody with a foregin thick accent, and they said they would send me an RMA # to return the product. Never received - called again - I talked to somebody else - same thing. Sent emails and requests on the contact page. Finally got an email saying to ship the product back to a China address - Contacted my credit card company up front and filed a dispute on the charge. Frustrated with this whole mess - not sure how much it's going to cost for me to ship the product to China and if it will even get there. Should have checked out complaints before ever requesting the Free trial (ha!) Figured since it was Dr. Oz backed product it was legit. Boy do I feel stupid!
