Your Unauthorized Charge With $59.98 To My Credit Card

I bought a ring as per your mail ads roughly in July 2013 and I was positive that I have not ever enrolled to your membership of Holsted Jewelers. Recently I found that you charged two purchases with $56.98 respectively on 10/ll/13 and 10/17/13. I phoned your customer service in the second week of November 2013 to rectify these unauthorized purchases and also I notified to my Citibank Credit Card Department to put this issue to be the dispute. Later on the third week of November, I found the said issues were credited to my credit card account.
Later on, however, you have again charged the same amount on 11/01/13 and 11/09/13 respectively. I will be thankful if you credit these two purchases to me as soon as possible and stop charging any longer. Thanks,
