entropay does not read emails properly then tell you to upgrade when you up grade the card does not work.so they stay with your money.there is no phone number which would help alot more than emails.i have been trying my virtual card for over a week to try and get flights so i can have hospital treatment but it now has cost me 3 times as much due to the money they have in credit on the card and for the extra for the flights had to find and somebody eles had to pay for has the money is tired up with them.
