I have noticed that several Scambook users have complaints about a cheap flights website that's owned by the MIDOR group. Well, I just want to add to that. They have a new website: Cheapflights-air.com
They'll offer cheaper rates than anyone else -- but just expensive enough that so that it will look like a regular good deal. And then they'll ask you to transfer money via Western Union. Their design and website are very good, so they probably have a qualified tech team working for them.
International police should've taken care of this already.
