It's Just Lunch promises personalized Dating Services. Not only do their coordinators and directors not read input or feedback, their contract deceptively does not give the consumer any rights to terminate, no trial period and they do not answer any phone calls or emails during the 3-day grace period for termination.
Their customer service is deceptive, unacceptable and unresponsive. I want my money back.
