I bought the products months ago, and it didn't work for me, and it made me very nauseated. I called the company and a nice girl told me to send the package back with the RMA# on it. I stated that is all that I have to do and she stated yes. Well, it has been months now, so I called the company on 12-16-13 and was told that they would send me an e-mail about my refund in 3-5 business days. Nothing happened again. So,today 12-23-13, I called again and was treated rudely and very unprofessionally, making me feel like I had done something horrible and that they could not refund me.This company is not to be trusted at all.
