I sent for a sample package of this product in mid Nov 2013 at a cost of 4.95 to cover shipping. Sometime in early Dec I got an email vagely alluding to a charge for an order that I never submitted. I immediately returned the email ( I did not receive a notice that it was undeliverable)stating that I did not order any more of the product and that I did not want any of the product and that I would not pay for any of the product if billed. The billing did show upon my credit card and I called their customer service number and asked them to credit my account and the guy I talked to refused saying that they had to receive notice within 14 days of product delivery that I didn't want the product. I did not ever order more of the product, did not want the product. All I would like is a credit on my card.
