I ordered a free trial of perfect radiance just before I went into hospital for major surgery in October. I was surprised when the serum arrived I thought it would be a tiny trial size bottle but it was quite large. I looked at the invoice note and again I was puzzled because there was NO note saying what I had been billed or would be billed in future if I received more of the product. I didn't investigate further because of my poorly condition after the surgery and it wasn't until this week when I have been feeling somewhat better and have checked my bank account that I noticed £75.00 had been taken out of my account on the 18th of October. I had no idea I Would be billed for such a high amount or indeed any other amount and there was no indication of this on the free trial add.
