A MONTHLY CHARGE OF 9.95 BEGAN SHOWING UP ON MY CREDIT CARD 10.23.13 AND STILL CONTINUES AS OF 1.7.14. I HAVE TRIED REPEATEDLY TO CALL AT VARIOUS HOURS AND THE PHINE DOES NOT RING, IT JUST CUTS OFF. NO HELP FROM MY BANK EITHER. I KNOW THIS IS NOT A LOT OF MONEY BUT I AM RETIRED AND LIVE ON SS.
