i came across the oakley sale in Facebook. I was able to purchase 3 items, with a promise to receive it within 1 week time. After the new year, i called singpost to check on the item using the tracking number that they have provided to me, but to my surprise this was returned to China due to incomplete address. I received an email by realpay with user name and password, and was advised to logon into this platform where we could send our questions. Numerous messages was sent on that platform to check on the item. The last message i got from them today 18.01.2014, is they alleged that item has been received by me as the courier confirmed the invoice is signed by me.
I have been calling singpost and they have confirmed that item was returned to China. Even if this is sent back to singapore, they will have a new tracking number.
When i checked on my bill, i came across this company so i search and now my greatest fear is confirmed that this company is a fraud.
