This company is a collections company posing to be a Litigations Office. I was employed there for 3months before I realized that the practices and the debts that were actually owed were not legit. Luchey and Mitchell Recovery also goes by the name of Affirmative Mediation Group as well as Affirmative Litigation Group, we use to tell people that we were located in South Carolina as well as New York. When I worked there we could not provide proof of debt and we were not permitted to give out our physical location which is a scam. We collected on pay day loans, credit cards, and repossessions. After a person pays the managers hardly ever sent out a paid in full letter. I want to know how does a company like this operate for so long and never gets caught by the law. The owner of this company is Terette Haugabook, she is the brains of the operation she purchases the paper(debt) for little to nothing and then makes a great profit from scamming people. The sheriff has been to the office several times searching for her and for some reason they can't serve her, she takes fancy trips often and enjoys gambling at sweepstakes locations. The office address is 5501 Executive Center Dr Suite 219 Charlotte, NC 28212. The hours of operation are from 9 a.m to 5 p.m M-F. I've watched so many people get scammed out of money it forced me to quit because I knew it wasn't right. Please put an end to this madness.
