So there was a glitch at ML, they advised me when I called that they debited my account for more than they were suppose to (Fees i had authorized and total balance that I did not). We called my bank to confirm that funds cleared and not in a PENDING status, and it made sense because my account was low on cash and not able to cover the transaction but my bank did and they charge me fee for overdraft protection. The took my DC and they refunded me back my funds within hrs, but adv me to send in copy of bank statement so they can reimburse me for all the NSF and overdraft fee that was caused. Mistakes do happen but I was the one who needed the funds initially. I tried calling their CSR # and did not get through and when I did they advise me that their lines are flooded. I can't help but understand because my account will be back to normal by Tuesday. I agree it was an inconvenience but people better learn to budget and prepare for things like these especially if they put their info all over the internet and is worrying about them being scammed. U guys were not bitching when they placed the funds into your account, and if you read your contract they had they right to debit the full amount anyways, just my opinion but people should read before they sign!!!!
