i also got ripped off by this company. a contract was sent through the e-mail.for me to saying i only had three days to cancel it. well this all took place on a Friday. when i call to cancel the contract on Monday.they said the dead line had pass and i would not be able to get a refund.it not much to tell about this scum. that they where rude and uncaring.giving a person only three day to make up their mind about.. a program they have no idea about is crazy.saying they can't change their mind.Wal-Mart got a better policy than..saen higgins -"wealth without risk"because saen higgins must not know what go on in his office $2495.00 man! think if would have happen to him he'll be streaming bloody murder. but get this to add to my trouble. the credit card i use to payed for this scam. was Bank of america. they were just as bad as saen higgins. they took me through the proof of burden BS and they gave know help. lession learned. if online and some one selling some thing and you need to sign a contract and you want be able to get a refund after 72 hour tell them to kiss off. carma has it ways saen higgins -"wealth without risk...$2495.00 still not over this and it's been 4 years. their phone 818-534-3232 fax 818-534-3846 email: [email protected]
