I ordered an expensive belt for my son. I wanted to return it but was told in an email that I could only do an exchange. I have tried calling and emailing the company with minimal response. Simon Faham responded that I could make the exchange and now he's disappeared. No information on how to make the switch or what I need to do to exchange the merchandise. This has been going on for two months.
