I recently booked a hotel room with Travel Lodge and on their website looked like a loyality scheme, which I started to fill in but half way through the computer froze, i thought no more about it. A month later on my bank statement, i found that £10 has been taken out of my account unauthroised. I will be talking to my bank in hope to get a refund.
