People ringing to inform me my PC was at risk from hackers & they could help secure my computer, they rang several days running during a time when I was paying another company Global Connect Cloud to do same work. They said they were the '..computer guy who did work for me recently..' so you assume they are working for GCCloud too. You allow access to computer but when you agree to pay a monthly fee, or small amount they took money from me on 21st, 22nd, 24th, 25th 26th & 27th March which I had no knowledge of until I received my Mastercard statement listing 6 different transactions to Kolkata. This company and another also based in Kolkata stole money from my account under false pretenses. I am furious & want my hard earned money back. My bank is aware & also investigating. I have had no reply emails to indicate the 'work' or PC services they provide but all I know is that my money has disappeared. I want answers - now.
