Dears,
Kindly I need your urgent support cause I found that there is unidentified amounts due to Facebook transaction not related to me except one with amount less than 5 euro these amounts exceed 1500 LE plus its interests.
I tried to contact more then on the call center to make a complaint but there is no response so I went to Grand mall branch to assign a written complaint but they told me E-mail you cause I can’t make it because the transaction exceed ninety days.
I appreciate your support.
