I have been offered a credit card free of charge for the first year then I had a statement charging me for the issuing fees. I complained at the customer service 5 times over a period of 18 days now with no response. I am now desperately thinking of cancelling the card after less than 1 month of activation due to the very bad after sale and customer support. Barclays Bank Egypt is the worst bank I have ever delt with
