I paid for 10k Arche Age gold (an MMO) and was told I would receive it within the hour.
After 4 hours went by - I contacted their Live Chat Support and was told I would receive the gold ASAP.
Nearly 24 hours later - I've contacted their Live Chat Support 11 times and was constantly told to 'give us more time'.
When I asked for a refund less than an hour ago - I was told I would need to issue a payment through Moneybookers first BEFORE they could refund my Paypal payment.
