Was in the Council Bluffs, IA Bass Pro Shops on the 9th of August, 2016 at approx 11:30 am. Went to check out with the intent of purchasing two items totaling the amount mentioned.
First register supposedly froze near the end of the transaction after I had entered my card information. Instead of contacting a manager, the clerk pawned me off to another register where the transaction was completed without any issues.
After arriving home, I noticed two purchases for this amount on my account.
Made contact with my bank, and the retailer regarding this matter. Retailer insisted that my bank contact him. Both myself, and my bank has made several attempts to reach this manager. To this date he has refused to return any calls.
