I hired Trugreen services to treat lawn on newly custom built home in Gallatin, Tn. Properly had been professionally sodded and was absolutely beautiful. Mis-applications, lack of needed applications, total lack of response or concern by this large company ruined and killed most of entire lawn. Backyard is 75% dead. Have spent many hours raking out dead thatch. Trugreen now will not take my calls, return calls or talk to me. Local mgmnt of this company is non-existent and/or inept.
