Complaint 4558 Details

The other day I checked my bank statement on my phone and noticed an $88 charge, well I purchase things online so often that I was sure it was something I had recently purchased and just forgot so I didnt really think anything of it at the time. Well it kept bothering me so I called my bank today, 7/14/2011, to try and get some more information on this particular transaction. The woman I spoke with on the phone at my bank was very helpful and looked up the information and the first thing she said was oh my theres so many complaints about this company. She said it was called RESV POWER and this particular transaction was from PRO SLIM some medical something or other. I went on to telling her I purchase so many things only so often that sometimes I do forget, but this one definitely was not me. So she gave me the number to call and of course I spared no time calling. When I called an electronic voice said if there was a $44.09 charge on your account press 1 for all other calls press 2, so I pressed 2 and sat there waiting having to listen to that horrible music for about 4 or 5 minutes til all of a sudden the call just hung up and that annoying woman came on an said "if youd like to make a call..." Pissed off hung up called rite back and this time pressed 1. This time sat and waited for about 8 or 9 minutes and couldnt take it anymore. Called my bank filed a claim and got my money back! In my opinion this is the type of thing banks should be on the look out for and prevent from happening but Im not complaining I'm just glad I got my money back!
