I have a charge on my account, the details show two numbers to call. The first told me the voicemail box was full. The second had me on hold for 14 minutes with no identifying information. When the representative answered she stated she was customer service for lots of companies, however she found my alleged order with my home phone number, which I do not use. I had to state several times that I did not order anything on line and that I wanted the charge reversed immediately. I also stated that I would dispute the charge with my bank. She finally agreed to reverse the charge for my "subscription" but that it would take 5-7 days.
I strongly believe this is a scam and that my account has been charged and the money held for them to accrue the interest.
