This is showing up on my Mother's Visa account. I called the number above and finally they said it must have been merchandise ordered from a TV ad. My Mother had made an order but the merchandise was returned. Not only has there not been a credit to her account but she is still getting this charge every month. Anything that you can do would be appreciated.
