First Gold Plus

On Jan 4th 2012 my acct was charged $59.95 from First Gold Plus. When I called the toll free number (855-260-6918) I spoke to Irvin (probably not his real name) he gave me his employee number (0167) He told me I was charged because I applied for a pay day loan which I never did. He did say he would refund my money which they have never done up to date (2/3/2012) I reported to my bank and they said I just need to authorize the reverse. I have not done so to this date because I call First Gold Plus to get more info to post for you all.

I have called 6 times now spoke to Irvin all 6 so I assume he is the only one there. I asked to speak to his manager. His manager's name is Curtis (prob not real name) explains to me their system went down and the refunds are taking longer. He also told me it could take up to 14 business days, which that time has expired a week ago. I asked to speak to the billing dept. he claims it is through inner office only. I ask for the corp number he said he didn't know. I asked for the corp address he says they don't have an internet connection to look it up for me. Really how do you take orders then?

Recently I just found out their address listed in Florida (cape coral) is a fake address there is nothing there but a couple of working businesses but no first gold plus. Also if you notice their hours of operation are pacific standard time. Irvin slipped up by telling me they are in San Diego. Now with me being in Newport Beach I offered to drive down there to pick up the refund...guess what they hung up. FYI they shut down that site that had the Cape Coral address and terms and conditions on it. When I zone in on their location (and I will) I will post the address for the world to see
