I was told the charge for this was 19.95 and now on the web site it says 89.95 and they would not return my money I talked to someone there named Chip when I placed the order he said I could call for an extention but today I was told that it cost 89.95 I told the man on the phone what my Dr. said and that I could return it unopened and unused I got no where with him he refused to return my money and I know Chip said it would be 19.95 I'm Mad as hell and don't know what to do are where to turn

I have not gotten my bank statement yet for Feb The man said they charged my account today but I can get proof and they counted the travel time from them to me in the 14 day return the man said
