I ordered a barbour caithness tweed jacket on the 20th jan 2012. on the 16th Feb i received a very large blue jacket which was not a barbour !!!! i am very dissapointed and have emailed this site but like yourselves i have had no reply.does anyone know how we go about retrieving our lost money !!!
