On Jan 12/12 I ordered a sample of their product at low cost . It was delivered a few days later. I have received my credit card bill. On it ,besides the charge for the sample,is a charge of $77.27 which I have NO recall of authorizing,posted on Jan.31/12.

There was totally insufficient time in which to both -1.test the sample and 2.return an empty container. PLUS I had no return address to use for this purpose.

I don't know how to submit a copy of my credit card bill on the computer.I'm a 'newbie'.I do have the bill,however.
