I ordered several refill packs from this company all in original size one of the refill packs came in micro size. I have made numerous requests to have them taken care of but I have yet to receive even one responce back to my inquiries. I was told if I send an e-mail request I would receive a responce in 24 to 48 hours. They still haven't responded after more than 7 request.

I am the CMO of Safecig, and Customer Service is one of my responsibilities. Forst and foremost, I apologize that you had any issues with Safecig or our products. Our goal is make sure these problems are solved as quickly as possible while delivering the best possible customer satisfaction.
We do not have a support email address, so I am confused at where you have been sending those support emails. We have an online help desk at support.thesafecig.com or by calling our customer service department at 877-777-1053 M-F 9AM - 5PM PST.
It is never our intention to not service our customers needs. I can assure you that the packing error is a simple mistake, one that we are happy to make up for in any way that we can. I am a bit confused about the damages price listed here. Our Original Refills are $17.50 a pack. Did you in fact order 100 of them or did you mis-key the number into the Scambook website?
