Now he got the money and given me a tracking number but was asking me to make an additional of USD 3850$ due to his shipping manager make a mistake to shipped additional 12 Units Of Apple iPhone 4G 32GB Unlocked, 2 Units Of Apple iPad 2 Tablet PC 64GB Wifi 3G Unlocked which I did not even ordered it.
He is saying if I will not send the additional money then I will not get my product and he will not refund me.

- Because you paid with paypal, can't u dispute it with them? I know when u pay with western union or money gram, you can considered that lost because it's so hard to trace.
