I ordered on the internet the sample introductory products of the serum, moisturiser and eye cream in January which arrived within a few days. I then noticed that they had charged $308.00 on my credit card on 2nd and 4th February in three different amounts but never sent the products and never had my permission to do so.
I have since emailed them asking where the products are and demanding a refund.
