- I was looking to access the PWT website when I saw this complaint and thought "Are you kidding me!?" Preferred Wholesale Travel is such an excellent program, I've been a member for over a year now and used it to vacation to see my family on the east coast and even to take a mini cruise for $400! I've bought concert tickets and electronics through this program and sa ved way more than the purchase price. There is someone helpful standing by the phone everytime I call. I love this program and this complaint sounds nothing more than a disgruntled ex employee.

- Becky, Yes I must say I am disgruntled, but I am NOT an ex-employee. I am definitely a consumer and I was deceived. The only people that actually say that on these sites are current employees or employees of reputation protection companies. If you are not an employee, then you should know that what you have purchase from this company is available to non-members as well. My complaint is not that they can't do the service, but that the "exclusive" discounts they often talked about at the presentation, are not "exclusive". There are currently mini cruises on the east coast at $400 or less available to anyone without having to purchase a membership PWT offer the same price or more, So why the membership fee? That's my problem. The membership fee doesn't save me money. It gives me a fancy website. It's a bait and switch program and all I can say is, give it time and you will see. And you should know that this site is for complaints, not reviews. So in conclusion, they only reason you replied with a positive review is because you were paid to do so.
