We bought a RCA T.V on September 12-2013 and it quit working. We were told at the store ,we had to contact the company which I did and was told it would have to go to a service center. The closest service center is 3.5 hours away which is totaly unacceptable to expect a customer to drive in winter conditions to have repairs done. In fact it would be a 7-8 hour drive return trip. The rep on the phone was totally unrealistic and kept stating it was only a 3 hour drive it was that choice or mail it to Toronto at our cost. Is this how you preceive customer satisfaction?
